At Youngsera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to initiate an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on clearance items or items marked as final sales.

Refund Processing Time

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
